Brad Akin represents business entities in a variety of matters with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and entity formation.  Mr. Akin has extensive experience representing heavy equipment dealers in all aspects of the equipment business.  The former chief executive officer of a community bank and insurance company, Mr. Akin continues to advise banking and insurance clients on a variety of matters.  An equine expert, he advises horse owners in all areas of equine ownership including taxation, partnerships, equine mortality, and liability risk protection.
